Unplug from technology and try to be screen-free! Constant accessibility and extended work days are created by our technology saturated society. Take time to be present in the moment or start up a habit that doesn’t require technology.
Free the idea that things need to be “perfect”, in our chaotic and complicated lives this is not a realistic goal. Focus attention on striving for excellence!
Exercise and get moving; as life gets busier typically exercise is the first thing on our daily schedule to go. Our need for exercise is just as necessary as getting plenty of sleep and healthy food. Make sure you fit in time to get moving!
